Mr. Packwood is a licensed Professional Engineer in Wisconsin and earned a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from Washington State University at Pullman, Washington. He has eight years of experience in the electrical engineering field. His previous experience includes working for Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories where he performed short-circuit, coordination, and arc-flash studies; designed custom relay settings, logic, and protection schemes; assisted in development of protection & control drawings; installed, tested, and commissioned relays and protection schemes; and conducted customer O&M trainings. At PSE, Mr. Packwood’s primary responsibilities involve substation design, estimating, project management, operations support, and other projects for electric utilities.
