Scott Bartlett

Scott earned an Associate Degree in Applied Science from Washington State Community College at Marietta, Ohio. He is experienced with electric cooperative overhead and underground distribution line design and staking and GPS data collection. Scott also has knowledge and is experienced in industry software including Partner, and various Trimble surveying packages.
