Nick Nelson

Mr. Nelson earned a BA degree in Applied Economics and Mathematics from the College of Saint Scholastica at Duluth, Minnesota. His focus is on performing complex financial analyses, such as rate studies consisting of determination of revenue requirements, cost of service analysis, and rate design. His other responsibilities include analyses of special large load contract rates, development of dynamic time-of-use pricing pilots, key account analyses, financial forecasting, automatic adjustment mechanisms, policy development and evaluation, and other financial analyses for PSE clients.
