Shaurice Moorman

Ms. Moorman earned a BS degree in Industrial Administration/Accounting from Iowa State University at Ames, Iowa. Her focus is on performing complex financial analyses, such as rate studies consisting of determination of revenue requirements, cost of service analysis, and rate design. Her other responsibilities include strategic financial forecasting, EV rate design, automatic adjustment mechanisms, line extension and other policy development and evaluation, and other financial analysis for PSE clients. She also has experience with the procurement of CIS/FIS systems.
