Paul Kern

Paul earned a master’s degree in Curriculum and Instructional Design from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. He has over 15 years of leadership experience in learning and development and has led initiatives across corporate, government, executive education, and consulting environments. His expertise includes learning and development strategy, instructional design, blended and digital learning, leadership development, workforce capability development, and performance improvement. Paul has focused on modernizing leadership and technical training programs, scaling digital learning ecosystems, integrating artificial intelligence into workforce development strategies, and building learning functions aligned to organizational strategy and business objectives.
