Michael Flock

Mr. Flock earned a BS degree in Electrical Engineering with an emphasis in power systems from Gannon University in Erie, PA. He has over 20 years’ experience in the electric utility industry. His expertise includes experience in planning and overseeing multiple ongoing construction projects. He has worked as an Engineering Manager, System Planning Engineer, and Field Service Representative at electric cooperatives. In his current role his projects include conducting system and planning studies, designing protection and sectionalizing schemes, assessing the impact of DER, and researching power quality systems.
