Kahara Franze

Ms. Franze is a Microsoft Certified Power BI Data Analyst Associate and earned a BS in Studio Art from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. She has six years’ experience supporting engineering managers in tracking department performance and visualizing key performance indicators. She is responsible for extracting data from various databases, such as GIS, OMS, CIS, MDMS, or AMI. She cleans, organizes, analyzes, and visualizes utilities’ data using tools such as Python, Tableau, and Power BI. She is a creative problem-solver that enjoys developing processes to automate reports that would otherwise be manually generated. She is proficient in Python, SQL, DAX, and Excel.
