Jesse McClain

Mr. McClain earned a MA Degree in Architecture from Ball State University at Muncie, Indiana, A BA Degree in Biology from Berea College at Berea, Kentucky, and a Certified Staking Technician Certificate from Northwest Public Power Association/Hi Line Engineering. He designs single phase and multiphase line design, overhead, and underground facilities and acts as a utility liaison for contract construction crews and easement acquisition. He utilizes GNSS surveying tools and standard distribution staking equipment and techniques.
