Process & Power Piping Design

Process and power piping designs must meet the requirements of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) B31 code family as well as related fuel and compressed gas codes. 3D piping models are built in AutoCAD modeling software and are used to generator orthographic and isometric piping diagrams.

Working alone or with process engineering firms, our team designs a wide range of projects involving new construction for a greenfield site, expansion, upgrade, or rehabilitation of an existing facility, such as:

  • Liquefied petroleum gas bulk plant
  • Anhydrous ammonia bulk plant
  • Steam plant for various process facilities
  • Liquid fertilizer and liquid chemical plants: retail, wholesale, and distribution terminals
  • Ethanol plant process improvement and expansion
  • Water treatment plant for various process facilities
