 | The operations area is key to the overall success of the utility. There can be many short-term projects with little or no lead-time. There can also be larger and longer-term projects that will improve efficiencies or provide tools to utility operations personnel.
Some projects that utility staff must complete are relatively large and may span months or even years. Other projects, including many in the utility operations area, may be smaller, of shorter duration, and in some cases, may not be anticipated until some event occurs.
