PSE Welcomes William Bihoyiki

PSE is happy to announce the addition of William Bihoyiki to the Marietta, Ohio office. William is an engineer from the Rwandan government-owned electric utility (EWASA) who will be an intern with PSE until March 2012. The intent of his internship is to provide training and knowledge to assist him in his work to further the electrification of Rwanda upon his return.
