PSE Hires Darren Westby

PSE is happy to announce the addition of Darren Westby as a Senior Consultant to our System and Resource Planning Department team. Darren has approximately 20 years of extensive experience working on distribution planning, transmission & distribution line design, substation design, system protection, power quality, project management, operations support, and various other electrical engineering projects.
