PSE Hires Andrew Kachmarsky, P.E.

PSE is happy to announce the addition of Andrew Kachmarsky, P.E. as a Senior Substation Engineer located in our Madison Wisconsin office.  Andrew comes to PSE from the Upper Peninsula Power Company where he has gained over 25 years of experience working on many aspects of substation operation and design including maintenance, construction, and troubleshooting.  He also has a wealth of experience in generation plant operations and distribution system engineering.
