Mobile Workforce Management: MWM and the Whole 9 Yards

On Thursday February 12th at 3.15 to 4.30 in Room 3D, PSE’s Kevin Louis and Rick Schmidt will be presenting on how co-ops can take advantage of a Mobile Work Management (MWM) program. We will discuss how software vendors have extended their functionality of MWM suites and how there are more vendors providing MWM suites, which has provided cooperatives with a lower cost of entry into this area. This presentation answers the following: What mobile applications often rise to the top when completing a business case? What work processes should be thought about during a MWM procurement. Approaches to integrating new and existing systems into a MWM system (GIS, AVL, OMS, CIS, AMI, etc)? What are the common pitfalls of going mobile? What are my choices for communications?
